Love renting from Dubrick! We have a beautiful comfortable home. If we ever have an issue, we call Pam & she gets it done. Our furnace burnt out & we called Pam. She had someone out right away & they had it fixed almost right away.
Joann was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
You guys need to learn professionalism, customer service skills and how to treat people with kindness. I’d give zero stars if I could.
