You guys need to learn professionalism, customer service skills and how to treat people with kindness. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Spoke with Joanne Coles, asked about a flooring match; they have no record of changing my floors in the last year. She yelled at me and was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked her to lower her voice because she was yelling at me as she was telling me I'll never be able to match it because I couldn't tell her the exact month it was done in. Something is seriously off about this company.
Toilets continually clog and we are left without until someone shows up. And it takes a while. So no bathroom for a few hours
