You guys need to learn professionalism, customer service skills and how to treat people with kindness. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Spoke with Joanne Coles, asked about a flooring match; they have no record of changing my floors in the last year. She yelled at me and was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked her to lower her voice because she was yelling at me as she was telling me I'll never be able to match it because I couldn't tell her the exact month it was done in. I asked if they had receipts and could tell me who the contractor was and she said no. She refused to help me and treated me like scum. I don't think she should be allowed to speak ... read more
