They installed our irrigation and everything seemed fine and worked great. One year later I aerate my lawn and hit a main line. After digging up to fix notice the line is hardly even 2 inches deep. No big deal I figured it was one location so I fixed myself and moved on. Following year hit it again puncturing it 10 times down another section of my yard. The entire thing is hardly even buried. Reached out to them to see if they will stand behind it. They wont even answer me anymore.

Very bad service and worst customer service when one opt for the service. I opted for service recently July 2023 and ended up with multiple issues and regretted for opting for their services. Work will be done purposely in a way that we need to run behind them for multiple issues for charging us and it will be unresolved at end. Over priced charges with explaining warranty and support included on the work but they don’t provide support post payment and behavior completely changes and does not provide support. Hi Everyone! Do not recommend it to anyone. DuBosar installed our irrigation last fall. They should close the system and open it. Did a poor job with the installation. Had to call couple times to asked them to fixed the heads, some were so high that you were not able to mowe a lawn. One head was leaking. They said they will come and fixed the problem this season. They came in the beginning of June : replaced a head, opened a system and charged us for it. Two weeks later pipe out of the house broke after two times the system ... read more

I got 3 quotes, and Dubosar was the most expensive. But I chose them because they promised excellent customer service. The installation did not provide irrigation to the primary areas that I specified. They did try to fix it a few weeks later... and fixed some of it, but the work order didn't include the equipment necessary to add the necessary head in the back yard... so we had to wait until the following spring for them to finally come and fix it.
