After buying a vehicle, the customer service went to crap. Waiting 2 hours for an oil change. Basically begging for a loaner vehicle after they're having my car, I bought from them, for OVER A MONTH! No one greets you when you walk in except to attempt to pressure you in to buying another car. No one remembers doing business with you. No one listens to what you want. I will never be doing business here again. You've lost my business and my family's business.
I know of a senior citizen in there 80's that was taken advantage of at there dealership. Selling a Nissan Maxima for thousands over MSRP.

Extremely satisfied. I bought a used, "as is" F150 almost a month ago. I brought it by today because the brake pads were worn out. They fixed it free of charge when it wasn't under warranty. It saved me some much need money and simplified the whole process without having to wait for a couple days at a normal shop. I was in and out in about an hour with a fresh car wash.
