horrible sales team! Most confusing useless experience ive ever had. They will tell you they can help you just to come back and say they can't. Don't even try to look for a cash price. They just try to dump thier trash on you and wont even show you a vehicle. Its truly a waste of time. I started with Brian just to be passed off to Lonnie, neither was any better than the other. I did speak with the general manager Don. He was apologetic, but from what Ive seen on other reviews he doesnt seem to have any intention to change.
I’ve had my car for a year now .. the customer service is horrible and I’ve had to call corporate twice just to get a warranty issue fixed .. my oil was supposed to be changed 3.000 miles ago every time I drop my car off to get my warranty issues fixed somehow the service department tends to forget my oil change . Very Frustrating when I pay a $550 car note every month . And the General manager was suppose to call me back two weeks ago .. IM STILL WAITING ON MY PHONE TO RING‼️‼️‼️

We had our payments and paperwork worked out. Paid half of year on insurance, per there request, had insurance company fax our policy and was going to come the next morning to purchase the vehicle. We took a whole day off from work to go sign our papers and purchase the vehicle. When we got there they were in the process of trying to fiance another person the same vehicle. “The ONLY dealer you’ll ever need!!”
Brought my truck in on 3 separate occasions and every time I got my truck back it was worse than when I dropped it off. The my broke my wire harness then charged me 350 for a led dog light that didn’t need to be replaced. I have video to prove it but here are the picture
