Went to go get a transmission replaced up under warranty and we got a call back saying "everything is covered up under warranty except the alignment" the car was brought in there aligned. We argued with everyone there for them trying to charge us for something they messed up they told us "yall just want us to take the loss". Yes because yall messed it up and yall need to fix it. Customer service 0/10 do not recommend coming here at all they will take your money

They will sell you a car with free oil changes. Afterwards, they will deny you an oil change. I scheduled a maintenance appointment with them and took time off work to take them my vehicle. Once I arrived, I was told someone didn't come back from lunch so they would be unable to do my SCHEDULED service. While I understand these things happen, a phone call before I took off work and traveled to Dublin would have been appreciated. Dublin Nissan talks a big game when they're selling you a vehicle.
