Great job by everyone I encountered.
I wasn't seen until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Once my name was called everything was great! My only complaint was waiting to be called since I had other plans that day.
I chose not to have x-rays done because I wanted to keep the bill down. When I was told I needed the mouth guard, I asked the doctor how much would it be? She said oh not much. I should have pursued it because after the mold had been made and I went to pay my bill, I was very surprised when it was almost $400. I couldn't believe it. I was then told the mouth guard was $250. Met your dental hygienist Rachel during my visit. She is very friendly and made the appointment very comfortable. She explained things very well, a real asset to your team.

Simply the best dentist in the Columbus/Dublin area. The doctor and her staff are very Professional, caring, and friendly; and the office is clean, comfortable, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
I was recently in because I thought I had chipped my back molar, only to my surprise, Dr. Sadineni recommended I get a crown for that tooth. She and her staff were incredible at explaining the procedure, their reason for the recommendation, and my finance options. The crown was processed in-house, right on the spot! I am amazed at how it turned out and feel like I am in great hands with Dr. Sadineni!
The receptionist with the black hair was very welcoming and friendly. The other one was not friendly. I would have liked more time to talk about next steps. Thank you.
