History Established in 1929. "DuBeau's Motel Inn" was built in 1929 by California businessman Mr A E DuBeau. It was the first motel in Flagstaff, strategically located on the original Route 66 corridor in the center of town. The motel was specifically designed to attract "the better class of motorist" with modern amenities such as private tiled bathrooms, carpeting & double beds. This is one of the best hostels I've ever been to. Such great people, chill atmosphere, clean, cozy, and fun. Feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended! Thanks to the staff who made our stay so incredible!

Great place!! Clean and cheerful with a friendly staff and a wonderful location. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Flagstaff.

I really loved this hostel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Mitch is the best! Met some great people here. It's clean and tidy and cosy. Great location! Nice breakfast too. The fact that they pick you up and drop you off is a nice little addition.
