They got me in quickly, treated me nicely and took a lot of time to explain my procedure and make me comfortable including music and a movie for the time I was in the chair. Great experience!
Wonderful dentist, nice staff, pretty office. Much better than I had thought a root canal would be. Dr. Bernstein was friendly and helpful. I ask a lot of questions and he answered them all, both before and after the root canal. It was not painful during the root canal and I felt so much better afterwards, after having been in a ton of pain before I came in. If I ever need another root canal, which hopefully I won't, I will return. A big bonus is that you get to watch a movie while you're having the root canal done.
With a history of tooth problems, I've been to a number of surgeons, and while they've all been competent, Dr. Bernstein (whom I've seen 3 times now) is the first I've felt compelled to recommend. A Harvard-trained MD who seems genuinely interested in his work, Dr. Bernstein treats his patients as people, not just customers. Duane Bernstein treated me on the same day that my son in law referred me to Haile Endodontics for a root canal. If you need the services of an endodontist, this is the place to go. Dr. Bernstein and his staff are friendly and competent. His office is impeccably clean and high-tech. He took great care to ensure that I would not feel any pain and even showed a movie on the ceiling. After the procedure, I had no swelling or need for pain medications. Great job!
I was in pain and went to my dentist. He called up Dr. Bernstein's office and they got me in immediately. The staff was extremely nice. They have the most beautiful office I have ever seen. Tile floors, stone counters. They have digital xrays and can show you whats wrong on a huge LCD TV. They even have a hugh TV on the ceiling---I was laughing while getting my root canal.
