Dr. Bernstein and his staff are wonderful! He redid a root canal for me which my previous regular dentist had done improperly. I have very complicated teeth anatomy and it is very hard to work with. But Dr. Bernstein was more than up for the challenge and did a great job repairing my tooth. He went above and beyond to help me out! Thank you to Dr Bernstein and staff for all your hard work!!
Dr. Bernstein's office was very helpful for a root canal I had to have done last minute. I would recommend them for anyone needing a root canal. The staff and dr were very helpful and kind.
I had been having issues not getting profoundly numb enough to fill a cavity. After 3 tries it was decided I may need a root canal. After looking online I found the most amazing reviews from Dr. Bernstein. One person stated they would drive back to Gainesville from Miami to have any future work done. That says a lot! And you know what, they are right. On Tuesday afternoon I saw my regular dentist in Miami with a very painful molar; he advised I needed a root canal. Since I was leaving the next morning on a trip to Orlando and Gainesville, I decided to wait it until at least the following week for the root canal. I could not recommend Dr. Bernstein enough. Prior to the 2 root canals I had with him, I had severe dental phobia because of a previous encounter with an incompetent dentist. I usually take prescribed medicine to ease my nerves but I decided not to for this appointment because I had a meeting later that day. Dr. Bernstein was absolutely outstanding. He explained very clearly what he was going to do and what he did. He is extremely articulate, very confident and an absolute perfectionist. Less than an hour from Ocala. Definitely worth the drive. And his staff? Ditto to everything I have said about "Duane" as he introduced himself. I would give he and his staff a 10 if I could!!! This is the most fantastic dentist I have ever gone to. . . I returned from a business trip in incredible pain needing a root canal. Dr. Bernstein stayed open late to help me because he would not allow someone in so much pain to continue to suffer. He worked on my tooth until I was stable. I am terrified of dentists!! With that being said, my recent root canal experience by Dr. Bernstein at Haile Endodontics may have gone a little way towards reducing my dentist-phobia. His staff is really nice and professional. Dr. Bernstein is very nice and did not hurt me. He has a large television mounted on the ceiling above the chair so that you can watch a movie or listen to music while he works on your teeth…he even turns it up loud enough so that you can hear it over that menacing drill noise. Besides Dr Berstein being so nice, he put me at ease, explained the process both before and after, and there was NO pain! And, I never expected to be watching a new movie while he was fixing my tooth! I was referrred to Dr, Bernstein for a root canal, and having root canals in the past by other dentists, I was anxious about it being a long and painful experience. But it was the total opposite! He really goes the extra mile.
