The pile of documents sent to me to fill out beforehand was a disorganized and very repetitious mess. Clearly, no one has looked through it to organize it so that it doesn't ask the same questions multiple times. It was a waste of my time, and a waste of paper. It produced a big pile of paper that I doubt anyone will really take the time to read through. I was so disappointed by the heap of paper sent out that I nearly cancelled my appointment.

It would be nice to have a magazine while waiting for Dr Keller to come to my cubicle. The girls are great about checking on me every few minutes, but the time would just pass quicker if I had something to do.
