More than 7 min on hold to make and appointment
I had been a patient of DTLA Derm since 2011 and have seen multiple providers in their clinic. They used to be great- fast, short waits and very helpful. Every time Dr. Cayce expands her office, it progressively gets worse and worse. After my last appointment, I found a new dermatologist and will not be back. There are too many LA based dermatologists to put up with the disorganization, lack of professionalism and inefficiency of this office. This blew my mind! Each pool is unique and soothing; the eucalyptus scented steam room restored my tired, jet lag bones. The massage from Anya was fantastic...I can't wait to come back! It's a slice of heaven in the hustle-bustle of CA.
The doctor is wonderful. The admin, follow up, return call, return email, answer phone and general service behind this operation gets a 2 out of 10. They are either seriously understaffed or they are terrible at their job.
I called for information regarding a mole removal and this unprofessional girl named Jackie answered the phone I asked for information and she had no idea what to say she put me on hold for like 10 minutes then she answers to just give me the prices she said 150 depending on the doctors I asked what was the difference and then she puts me on hold for another 10 minutes then she goes well the others are like employees and the main one Cayce she charges more than the others because she’s the main one then asked if I was able t... read more
