Did nothing, took our $95.00 – We called DT-TV because our TV was stuck in demo-mode. After several weeks they finally came to our house. The technician,after spending 5 minutes at our house said he had the wrong parts. He took $95.00 which we thought was part of the total repair. Jasmin the receptionist informed us that the $95.00 was for an in home estimate. Great service – DTTV came all the way from Longview to Montesano on short notice to service my newer model Samnsung LED TV. They brought the right parts and got the job done very professionally. I would recommend DTTV to anyone that needs service on their TV. Bill

Best Repair – My TV broke and I called D.T. TV the receptionist was willing to take the time to talk with me about the repair problem. She set me up an appointment for the repair, the repair people came out to my house, they fixed the problem with my tv and answered all the questions I asked them. This was the best repair I have ever had and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.
