Delivered my bottles but never delivered the dispenser I am already going to cancel this service why would I want the bottles without the dispenser.
Our bi-weekly delivery was postponed due to Thanksgiving - very understandable. So our rescheduled delivery was for Dec 2nd. The delivery never came, no explanation as to why. I called that day to confirm and ask that they deliver within the week cause we’ve completely run out of water. We’ve set our deliveries to be enough for a bi-weekly service - we were covered for 2.5-3 weeks, but now it’s been 4 and we didn’t anticipate this. I'm about done with primo water service. They never get the order right. I ordered 2 5gal jugs for Thursday When the driver showed up he left four jugs. Never gets it right. I'm beginning to think this is part of their business. I've called on this before and all I get is we're sorry. Before primo took over things were great. Also they delivered when I canceled the order for the the next month.
Love Sierra Springs Service and the Customer service - care is excellent.
