Terrible customer service! At least 3 missed delivery dates, have now bumped us again and my assistant spent over 30 minutes on hold and never got a response. This is a corporate account and we are done with them.
If I could give less than a star I would. Terrible customer service, horrible delivery service. Dishonest, can't get delivery orders right, overcharges, will leave you on hold for dozens of minutes or even over an hour for basic requests. I would pick up your own water or use one of the few local water delivery alternatives. SERIOUSLY, DO NOT USE SIERRA OR PRIMO WATER!
Best tasting H2O and delivery service you can get at a reasonable cost in Portland.
SCAM ALERT! This service is absolutely terrible, and they make it nearly impossible to cancel. You can’t do it through the website or the app, and if you try to call, be prepared to wait on hold for over an hour.
