I wouldn’t even give it a one! First time going and will NOT be going back. TERRIBLE service...waited an hour for a water...hour and a half for the drink and dinner NEVER did show up. Theater wasn’t packed so no excuse but several others there were loudly upset about their service as well. Absolutely a waste of my time and money.
Everytime we go here we have some sort of bad experience, the only reason I go anymore is for the recliner chair movies. This visit we were in our chairs and pressed the button to order and apparently our service button didnt work or they didnt bother to come. ( after pressing it numerous times) Its always something there. I told the guy behind the counter and he said ok, I said you need to tell the manager so it can get fixed and he gave me a stupid look and said ok, no Im sorry or anything! I never got to eat the food to say if it was any good or not. We walked in & the sign said wait to be seated. Stood there for 5 minutes with no one there to seat us, so we seated ourselves in front of the bar. Sat there for at least another 10 minutes with multiple employees seeing us but never acknowledging our existence, so we left. We brought us son so we could get lunch & let him play games, but we’re definitely not spending our money there on games when we had absolutely no service in the restaurant. Best food and drinks in town!!! I love this place.
Nobody ever came to seat us. We had to finally ask someone to seat us. I watched a group of people leave after several minutes of waiting to be seated. 40+ minute wait for 3 pizzas. We had to ask for them to check for our food. Nobody came to the table during that 40 minutes. No refills on kids drinks. Nice place- too bad there isn't anyone there that knows what customer service is. Not sure why anyone goes there at all. We love to play laser tag next door and will definitely find somewhere else to eat from now on.
Took 15 Minutes to get the waiter to show up to say hi, 15 Minute wait for two beers, 50 minutes to get food, and that's only after I had to "persuade" the Weasley manager that came over after I complained, to go find our food. The weasel never even came back to make sure we were ok, or apologize. Waiter came over, then had to go find a piece of paper to write our order on, then brought salads and cheesecake, but had to go find some forks each time. Was not that busy either.
