Very happy with DryZone throughout the whole process-- from initial conversation with Maria to remediation plan from Rudy and the actual remediation done by Robert and Ed. Robert did a great job communicating with me throughout the remediation process so I knew what to expect, and he made sure the condo was left in excellent condition. Thank you!
Stay away from this company. They cut open six rooms in my business without my authorization, causing extensive damage and delaying my opening. I still had to pay them while covering most of the repair costs myself. I would never use them again.
Rudy from Dry Zone came to give an estimate and look into an issue I was concerned about. He figured out what was wrong and knew how to resolve it. The two young men he sent to clean the vents and ducts were polite and respectful. They cleaned up and removed all of the debris when they finished the job. Another person was sent to resolve the other issue I had been concerned about. The company followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.
