I'm updating a previous critical review because the Drywall Shop made a sincere effort to rectify the situation we originally faced. After an incident where their work damaged our piano, the initial response from management was far from satisfying. However, they've since taken full responsibility and have made things right. A warning to anyone out there looking to hire the Drywall Shop for work. I want to preface this review by saying I understand that accidents happen. This review is not based on the employee that came to our home, but specifically management. The employee came to our home to repair some popped drywall nails. He finished up and as he was about to leave, the tray of mud he was holding fell, and it damaged our piano. He was apologetic, and said they are insured, and can take care of it.
