Not the best experience overall. When I lived in Los Gatos, I used to be a regular at Drywalk. This was under the previous owners. I always was treated well and my hair looked great. This experience was quite different under Michelle. We got stuck in traffic on 17 after a fatal accident, so I called and let her know we’d be late for our blowouts. I had a wonderful experience with Sophia! I had a unique request since I have virgin hair to not have any scissors near me. She helped me schedule an appointment for a last minute blowout for a wedding I was attending as a guest the next day. She knew that the curls had to be tight so that they would last me the next day and was very patient with my request. I’ve never had my hair treated so well ever and I’ve been through many stylists. I called for a very last-minute appointment on a Friday for a blowout and bang trim, and the salon was able to accommodate, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the service itself felt rushed and chaotic. Michelle seemed frazzled throughout the entire appointment. The wash was quick, messy, and not thorough - shampoo was getting on my face, and the towel was placed on my head rather than wrapped as I walked back to the chair.
