Do not go there. Michelle is rude to me in front of customers, prices do not match what they should be. Over priced even for Los Gatos. Hides hair prices from the hair stylist. Makes her own quote and rips you off!! Not personable or professional rushes you out but wants you to be on time! She does not care about the customers at all it’s all about how much money she can get from them. I’ve seen a lot of hair stylist leave quickly after working there and I’m sure it has to do with management.

Cindy did such a good job on my blow out! She was quick and skilled, and we spent the whole time yapping like we were good friends. As a first time client I felt so welcomed. Would definitely come back!

Drywalk is a one-of-a-kind experience. Whether you rush in stressed out of your mind without an appointment, or drag in a few minutes later than you should be, you are always welcomed with the warmth and humor of Michelle and her stylists. There is never an emergency they can't handle, a style too challenging, or a desperate therapy session they aren't willing to handle. They are kind, gracious and skilled. This salon is terrible! They make you put your credit card info in for an appointment and quote $60 for services then when you go there they ask if its for a prom then they proceed to charge you $90 for the service. This is very unprofessional! They are taking advantage of customers. Do not go here, there are much better salons in the area that do way better and charge way less! Go to Salon 1240 in Campbell instead!!
