I bought a hot water heater at Home Depot and this company is who they contract to install. I have to say when they were representing Home Depot I didn’t have a complaint. They talked me into more things that I needed done and I hired them again outside of Home Depot. My appt was as 1:00 which I took time off of work to meet them. They didn’t show up until 3:30! In short, we've had them do service for us plenty in past... this time the first request landed in too many guys for a one man job and overpriced, second task they were 1.5 hours late, way overpriced for half hour of work and never left an invoice just asked for payment. Have now called 5 times to have discussion with owner and no call back. Unprofessional! Never again!
Honest, great guys. Did what they promised, in a neat and timely fashion. I would highly recommend these guys.
