After talking to 4 contractors I decided to go with Dryhome. There was no sale pressure; Steve Spencer was very professional and knowledgeable. Understood my need and went above and beyond making the experience as smooth as possible, within the budget. Highly recommend them
DryHome Roofing replaced our roof in May 2022. They did a fantastic job, were very professional, and very attentive to detail. They did an excellent job in cleaning up the yard afterwards. The Sales Manager, Jim, was very helpful in answering all our questions before, during, and after the installation. The final inspection done by Roberto was also very professional. We couldn’t ask for a better company!
Due to recent experiences with my insurance company, I was hesitant on trying to get them to assist me with my roof. A colleague recommended DryHome and I spoke with Kenny. Kenny was very professional throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and meticulous while handling things with the insurance company. I am extremely satisfied and would undoubtedly recommend them to anyone else. The customer service I received is unmatched. I will definitely use DryHome again in the future.
Awesome job and very responsive company. It's the first whole roof that I have ever purchased and so long as Dryhome is around, I will use them again in 25 years :). Not a single problem with them. While my insurance company played games with me, Dryhome was very helpful in navigating that process so I didn't get ripped off by my own insurance company. I recently had A bunch of shingles blow off my roof. I called DryHome since they were local and had positive reviews. I met with Shane and he suggested using my insurance since the cost of materials has sky rocketed and could not match my current color. After several weeks of waiting, and back and forth between Shane and my insurance, he got everything included I was entitled to on my claim. I highly recommend DryHome. DryHome replaced our siding. The sales manager, Jim, was professional, thorough, and didn't try to sell us anything beyond what we requested. He also patiently answered all of my questions after providing the initial estimate. The gentlemen who installed the new siding were courteous and did excellent work. DryHome will be our first consideration, should we need more external renovations down the road.

From our first contact with Nathan H****** who came out to assess our roof condition to Helen Fish in the office to the work crew and foreman, we were truly slayed by the professionalism of the entire team at Dry Home. They communicated exactly what was happening, were prompt, worked steadily, and cleaned up thoroughly after each work day. At our request, they protected our landscaping and there was NO damage at all. We could not have been more pleased with their superior work and give an unqualified recommendation for them.
