Luis and Francisco are the best team. Why? Luis was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and was very thorough in making sure the work is done right the first time with the help of Francisco. I am very pleased with the service I received from Dryer Vent Professionals, Inc. The lead technician Luis was extremely informative during the cleaning process. My dryer has been in service for 2 - 3 years and admittedly, I have not done any vent cleaning maintenance on it. My vent is a long run that exhausts on the 2nd story of my house which probably hasn't been cleaned for five years or longer.
