Nick arrived on time, did a great job, left everything clean and neat. Was very polite and thorough with what he was going to do. I would definitely hire them again.
Had a bad experience with another company—my “check vent” light stayed on after their visit last week. Called Vent Professionals of San Diego, and they were fantastic. Nick was professional, explained everything clearly, and did a thorough job—he even removed the top and front panels to clean inside the dryer. On time, courteous, thorough, and efficient. I chose dryer vent professionals because of a referral, good pricing (senior discount!!) for a new dryer vent. the demeanor of the woman (Lisa?) who answered the call added to my decision to hire this company. the gentlemen that showed up were very, very courteous and professional. the 'clean up' pretty well. the four stars are ONLY because of a small hiccup in the pricing which left me disappointed. Easy to schedule. Great service. Reasonable prices. They cleaned out my dryer vent that hadn’t been serviced in 15 years. Also took off front panel of dryer and cleaned out the lint.
