Luis and Francisco are the best team. Why? Luis was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and was very thorough in making sure the work is done right the first time with the help of Francisco. Luis even put in a new clamp to secure the aluminum dryer hose duct. Great customer service. BRAVO! A real pleasure to conduct business with the company and the staff 👏. We'll see you next year!
I am very pleased with the service I received from Dryer Vent Professionals, Inc. The lead technician Luis was extremely informative during the cleaning process. My dryer has been in service for 2 - 3 years and admittedly, I have not done any vent cleaning maintenance on it. My vent is a long run that exhausts on the 2nd story of my house which probably hasn't been cleaned for five years or longer. The technicians arrived a little early. I appreciated that they explained what they were going to do. They didn't waste any time. When they finished, they showed me the before and after pictures. Their work was impressive. I will have them again when needed.
Nick arrived on time, did a great job, left everything clean and neat. Was very polite and thorough with what he was going to do. I would definitely hire them again.
