After several, several, several attempts to make trades/deals at pretty much every car dealership in Indy, Dreyer & Reinbold worked me a deal I couldn’t pass up. I was upside down on my vehicle, but yet they managed to get me in a newer (CPO) vehicle with hardly any mileage on it at all... all while keeping me within my payment range! My CPO Legacy is way nicer and safer than my RAV4 was. I couldn’t be any happier with this purchase! This staff is top-notch! 🙌🏻
I went out to look at cars intending to buy a Toyota hybrid within a few months. Ended up looking at Dreyer Reinhold Suburu and bought a new Legacy immediately. Our sales person, Rob Muellers, was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and individual models specifically. I love my new car and highly recommend this dealership and Rob specifically for your next car purchase.
We have been very impressed with Dreyer-Reinbold, Greenwood store. We were greeted promptly and courteously the moment we stepped onto the lot. All the team members from sales, finance and service have been excellent to work with and we are very happy with the Subaru Outback we purchased. I would highly recommend them if you are in search of a vehicle.
Worst dealership ever! Finance manager would not take my loan check! But had no problem making me wait 10+ days to receive a refund for my down payment.
i love Mark Brown, he really works hard to get you the best deal, i love John in the service department, he takes care of my cars and keeps them running well. I am treated like a queen when i am there
I highly recommend these guys. I recently bought a new 2014 Subaru Outback from the D&R Greenwood location, and it was the most overwhelmingly positive experience I have had at a dealership (Positive experience and dealership: two phrases that in the past I thought to be oxymoronic). There was no pressure, their negotiations were respectful and fair, and I think they've made a lifelong loyal customer out of me.
