I am very dissapointed. I am a charter bus driver and I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. The customer service has always been excellent and they were always very accomodating with our motor coaches. Tonight I was very dissapointed. I just got in from Florida at midnight and there was no one to attend me or my drivers.We waited for 30 minutes before we started calling the numbers on the front desk.
