Everything was amazing! Security door in the front, employees, check in process, upgraded room, breakfast, breakfast employees, check out process... I mean literally everything. bathroom was Spotless. We needed our service to be top notch. We both got home to our home being burglarized. We packed a bag and came here. So we were shaken up. The service helped soooo much.

I enjoy staying at Drury and usually plan travels that have a Drury Inn. I recently stayed in Houston at the Drury Inn Energy Corridor and it was amazing however, I was overcharged. I spoke to the clerk and was notified that I cannot be refunded. I called Corporate and spoke to Amber who noticed the discrepancy and fixed it right away. Thanks to the higher authority for understanding. I just need for the clerks to be trained more.
I love this hotel. Everything was wonderful from the free breakfast to the soft comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful friendly and helpful. At first by the name I thought some cheap motel oh my experience was 100+ and nothing cheat this is a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The managers at this location are phenomenal! Tony and Tim are true Houstonians! I run the Christians Tailgate Bar and Grill next door to the Drury. Due to the floods, I was forced to stay at the Drury for a week. The entire staff at the Drury made my experience of being displaced not only tolerable, but comfortable. I will FOREVER BE a Drury guest. Please give this leadership team the recognition they deserve. Thank you, Diana Dominguez General Manager Christians Tailgate Bar and Grill.
