Miricle workers! They’ve been able to fix my five year olds glasses every time they’ve been damaged this year...countless times. �
After waiting about 40 minutes my son was told he couldn't be seen for an exam today. He was asked multiple times for his VSP-which he said he didn't have. He submitted his insurance card which he was told they were not a provider. After he finally said at 1:35ish that he would pay out of pocket, he was told he would NOT be seen. If you were not going to see him, WHY would you not let him know at 1:15 or 1:20 or 1:25 or 1:30???? I have to give a zero star.
