Walgreens needs to show that they care for their employees by hiring more pharmacy technicians. They are obviously understaffed and they need more support. The staff is always great, helpful and working hard to handle all orders and requests. But they need more support from corporate.
Kirkland on 85th walgreens needs serious attention in the pharmacy department. I am writing corporate as well. They don't answer the phone ever (been on hold waiting up to an hour) and lie about filling prescriptions saying, "it will be ready in an hour" then when you go back it's still not filled and they say the same thing again. Go back the next day and nope still "one" hour. They also have an attitude if you question what's going on and why you've been misled and say they can refuse medication.
Post Falls, Idaho, location pharmacy needs help with more staff!!!

I'm complaining about the store in Bellingham, Washington. On Samish way. The person working the till on wed.@ 11:59 a.m. confronted me making me feel very uncomfortable when I witnessed a lady putting a cosmetic in her pocket without paying for it and the employee wouldn't do anything about it so when I got out to the parking lot I confronted the lady.
