Walgreens at 6807 evergreen way, Everett Wa. 98203. I went to have a prescription filled. The pharmacist told me I had already picked it up, I had not. I hadn’t even called it in to be filled, nor had my doctor. A manager came over to review the video footage. That showed me picking up 2 prescriptions, one prescription per bag, but this time they said there were 2 prescriptions in one bag But Thats is against their own rule and I have never experienced that before. Walgreens in Yakima Wa. When the pharmacy drive through takes 15 minutes on one car, it’s ridiculous! Drive through is supposed to be a convenience for your customers. Perhaps, inviting your drive through customers to come inside to complete their business if it’s taking more then 3-4 minutes. It’s a courtesy to your customers that you claim to be so important to you. As far as I can see by the reviews all over the country, Walgreens is the last place people want to take their business to. Walgreens needs to show that they care for their employees by hiring more pharmacy technicians. They are obviously understaffed and they need more support. The staff is always great, helpful and working hard to handle all orders and requests. But they need more support from corporate.

Kirkland on 85th walgreens needs serious attention in the pharmacy department. I am writing corporate as well. They don't answer the phone ever (been on hold waiting up to an hour) and lie about filling prescriptions saying, "it will be ready in an hour" then when you go back it's still not filled and they say the same thing again. Go back the next day and nope still "one" hour. They also have an attitude if you question what's going on and why you've been misled and say they can refuse medication.
