This is the best therapy practice I have ever experienced or encountered. I’ve used therapy as a tool throughout my adult life, and I’ve seen a lot of different therapists over the past 20-ish years. Clare Brewer at Dre Day Couseling has been an absolute life saver. Her therapeutic approach to dealing with anxiety, eating disorder, and bipolar disorder has been extremely helpful in learning how to navigate. She is down to earth, a great listener, and understands without judgement. Highly highly recommended for anyone that struggles with mental health or behaviors.

I am an adult diagnosed with AUDHD, and after working with several therapists over the years with mixed results, I can confidently say my time with Drue Day Counseling has been a completely different experience.
