My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sapienza for years. He’s the only dentist I would ever go to. He is kind and patient and gentle. Ava and Grace are phenomenal as well. I’ve never had a bad experience and would highly recommend him to anybody.
The dentist was incredible. But - Grace with billing is a nightmare. An in network provider that refuses to appropriately bill insurance, then sends the member a $325 ‘past due’ notice. Avoid this office unless you’ve got 40 hours to train them on proper claim submission process.
