I've been a patient of Dr Murrell Sr for forty years. The practice has consistently provided excellent care throughout the years. I'm extremely happy that Dr Jones has joined the office, as I feel she'll continue the level of care that I have grown to appreciate. The support staff of hygienists and office are superb, many and been with them for years.
There is no sign on the front of your building, which is fine, but have your front office staff tell new patients the location is at Timberlaine Commons. Flossing should not cause any pain to the patient. My hygienist was very personable and friendly, but in great offices, flossing behind the last tooth in the mouth is done, and flossing happens before the teeth are polished. That has been my experience ,anyway. Overall, I am pleased with the new dental office. I look forward to continued care.In this office.
First time visit. Exceeded my expectations. Happy to be a new patient !
