I've been a customer of Drs Phillips and Cooper for more than 20 years. I love my hygienist and have had good experiences with Dr. Phillips. The reason for the poor rating is the new billing/AI system combined with Jay the receptionist results in a very poor experience. I've suddenly started receiving bills (I pay before leaving each time) and they've switched to AI to answer many of their calls.
