I’m extremely frustrated with this place. This is the second time they’ve rescheduled my appointment at the last minute. I had already arranged my work and organized my entire day around bringing my child in, only to be told it was being changed again. This kind of last-minute cancellation shows a complete lack of respect for their patients’ time and responsibilities. As a parent, coordinating schedules is not simple, and having it disrupted twice is unacceptable. I expected a higher level of professionalism and reliability.
My girls had such a great experience here!
Dr. Philip was such a pleasant man to my kids. They felt safe and didn’t seem nervous like they usually do. We are new to the practice and couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Everyone in office was very friendly and treated my kids with respect which was amazing.
