Waiting an hour past your appointment time and not even being seen by the Dr yet is crazy. Very unprofessional. No apologies or anything of the sort.
I normally do not write reviews but Dr. Mininberg is a very compassionate doctor and will make sure that you are taken care of.
Carol from the billing department was extremely rude during an inquiry and hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional.
