So they took over this practice from Dr Glenn. Ive been going there since i was a teenager and decided to continue with the new drs. But today i had an appointment and went there and they had a sign about being closed due the Coronavirus. Ok understandable but im upset that this day & age that they couldnt email to everyone and say that! Or have one person go to the office and call the upcoming patients to reschedule or cancel until further notice! Would that be a inconvenience for them? Well i was an inconvenienced! Was informed early in the covid crisis that my appointment had been canceled. Later, when dental practices were given the OK to re-open, I heard nothing about scheduling. Almost impossible to contact them by phone...voice mail full. FINALLY, contacting the Columbus office was informed that they have shut down the Mansfield office. ??? Thanks for the heads up Doctor...you know, like maybe just one of those little postcards you send out sometimes to remind us of an appointment would have been nice. Terrible service..All about money. He told me I couldn’t be a patient because I didn’t want x-rays. Barely cleaned my teeth. Horrible bedside manner.
