I am immediately taken back to an exam room when I arrive for my appointment. Everyone at the office is very friendly and professional. There is never a wait for Dr. Smith to exam my teeth after the cleaning. He is personable and at no time does he appear rushed. I am always given an opportunity to ask questions. Everyone assures I am comfortable during procedures. I don’t stress about a dental appointment thanks to Dr. Smith and his team.

This was my first time to Dr Henzel and Smith's office. I am the type of person that fears the dental office and will put it off as long as I can. From the staff at the front office, to the hygienist Samantha and then Dr Henzel (who I saw today), they all made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. I have had dental xrays in the past but Samantha explained the different xrays and the reasoning for them and how often they are done, she also performed a periodontal exam and explained what she was doing and what the numbers... read more
