RecommendedGreat doctor! They were able to get me in for an appointment within the hour, friendly, and informative. I’ve been seeing the same eye doctor for 15 years and have had reoccurring issues with my eyes, I’ve been told numerous times that there is nothing that can really be done to help with my issues. This doctor gave me 2 solutions within the first half hour of meeting me. Very impressed and will be switching doctors.
They have a lady at the front desk that can be very rude when their company makes a mistake. and after that mistake she holds a grudge against u.
The service and attention to detail is absolutely worth more than the cheap price you get elsewhere!
Dr. Tucker is amazing, always amazing service! I usually hate people around my eyes but she puts me at ease and I feel comfortable enough to get through my exams.
Dr. Marra is wonderful. He and his staff are always very professional and friendly. Years ago when my insurance required me to go elsewhere, they messed up my prescription. I ended up going back to him and paying myself. He fixed it. My husband and I have been going to him ever since. I won’t go anywhere else. We always get our glasses made there too. They stand behind everything. When I had a problem with my eye, he saw me immediately. It’s a great place and I would highly recommend them.
Friendly staff, but an hour past appointment is unacceptable. Not the first time waiting so long either.
We have been going to Dr. Marra for many, many years. I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Marra's concern for eye health is second to none. The staff is absolutely the best!! It's nice to be a patient of this wonderful practice. You guys and gals ROCK!!!
I learned a long time ago that not all lens labs are equal and you get what you pay for. Since I keep my glasses a long time and wear them constantly I consider a good evaluation and good lenses to be an investment in the quality of my life. I've been seeing Dr. Marra since he started his practice and would never switch.
