Optometrist is great. But I should have been more aware that the sales part up front was going to be a little pushy. Look, I get it. It's how they make money. Ended up with an expensive pair of glasses that I didn't initially order nor really love.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Its been a few weeks and have been having trouble with my glasses and getting adjusted and went in to see what could be done. They sent replacements and still had trouble adjusting and went back and was told “i dont have to wear glasses then” just unfortunate and disappointing to know that i will never be coming back, wont be recommending, and will be submitting a formal grievance with my insurance. What a kind dr he was really patient with my kids I had four kids in a lobby it was really patient and kind with my kids explaining everything going the extra mile with test making sure our vision is really great he did an amazing job I highly recommend it's very rare to find such a good doctor that's cares about his patient and their eye health it was super fast I thought parking would be horrible but I was able to find parking right in front but I went early in the morning and my kids were able to find glasses that were su... read more
