Dr. B was kind enough to make up for a minuscule oversight (charging me the incorrect co-pay) with a huge gesture- doubling the supply of lenses I ordered free of charge. I can't believe the level of humility and customer service Laura and the rest of his staff has offered to me, even when times are tough like this for all businesses anywhere. I am truly impressed and recommend this modern, efficient, and up and coming eye clinic :)

Dr. Birenbaum is very patient and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot about eye care during my eye exam and got the most comfortable contact lens.
I had an awesome experience at my eye exam. Dr. Birenbaum was so patient with my questions and took the time to ensure that I understood the process. I did not feel rushed or pressured and that is hard to find in any health exam or business these days. His employees mirror that same energy and helped me find exactly what I needed! I would recommend them simply for those reasons alone, not to mention the beautiful office and eyewear collections. I feel fortunate to have found them!!
To the lady 2 weeks ago, he checks everyone for diabetes as it affects your vision . Sounds like your trying to turn your mix of incompetence and shallow sense of perception into a #MeToo moment. Almost all of the employees in that office are women. Try again. This guy was professional and very thorough; and uses the newest tech. The glasses he sells are top of the line so if your trying to use a policy with mediocre coverage then maybe you should try LensCrafters. Thanks Dr. B for an awesome experience.
