When I moved to Texas I knew almost no one and had no idea where to start in finding a Doctor. I ended up choosing Dr. Patil based almost purely on her location and wanting a female Dr. I could not be happier with my (random) choice, she has been the best family practice Dr. I've ever had. My 91 year old mother has been seeing Dr Patil for a few years now. Lately mom has been struggling with very high blood pressure and has not been able to get in quick contact with Dr. Patil. After one visit to the ER the doctor never called and checked in. After this last weeks admission to the hospital we tired many times to contact Patil but her office phones were forwarded to an answering service that did not know who she was. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Patil since she moved to Texas. I can say with a certainty that her expertise, patience and bedside manner are all excellent. We would not consider going to another family practice doctor.
Dr. Patil saw me in short order based on a high-priority problem that needed some attention. The office was timely, organized, and got my vitals read and ready for the doctor before she joined me. The Doctor was friendly, generally curious about getting to the root of the problem, and helpful in getting me to a good resolution. I'd recommend her to friends or family.
Great experience with physician and all of her staff including front desk and medical assistants. Sometimes doctors can be intimidating but Dr. Patil is so nice and thorough. I have already recommended my family and friends to her.
