Not gonna lie, I was a little hesitant to bring my phone in to get the cracked screen fixed on it. But within an hour it looked as good as new. Plus, they cleaned out my boyfriend's charging port and now his phone charges with no problems! We'll definitely be back within a week to get his phone screen fixed next week. Any time we have phone troubles, we'll definitely be visiting Drop Doctor to get it fixed! ��
Brad did a fantastic job! He fixed my phone (it wasn't dropped, it was an internal problem) quickly and the whole process was super convenient.
They were very friendly and phone was repaired in less than 2 hours, it had non functioning sound port and screen was cracked, they were very reasonable in price also, it was less than to send it in on my insurance plan :) definitely recommend this business and hopefully don't need them again but will go back if I do break phone again :)
Had a completely shattered Iphone 7 plus, the glass was falling out in chunks, even. Thought it was a long shot but took it in to Drop Doctor and they had the phone like new in an hour. Taking an insurance claim out on it would have taken over week, and Drop Doctor fixed me up in an hour for the about same price a claim would have cost me. Highly recommend them!
