It's always great to see friendly and honest people in a service business. I took my phone to the Drop Doctor thinking I needed a new charging port and willing to pay for one. He looked at my phone and said he thought it might just be dirty, took it in the back, cleaned the port in a couple minutes and brought it back and said there was no charge. Thank you Drop Doctor. You've definitely earned a lifetime customer.
Took 2 phones in for screen replacement. Replaced both screens in less than an hour at very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises...

Had a new screen put on my IPhone 6plus, did a great job!
My phone updated, then it gave me an alert saying I had moisture detected in my charging/usb port. I left it in rice for a day, still nothing. I took it to them and 5 minutes later they had it cleaned/dry and working again. Very polite with a sense of humor goes a long way for this guy. And that's what they were. I would reccomend anyone going here for their phone problems.
