Went there today Dale was helping with my phone then this smart came up to the front desk from the back and was so rude! Telling me they can’t do that, it would work take too much time, etc. if you are going run a business you need to learn how to treat your customers with respect!

Had a cracked screen on a j7 I believe months ago and they had to order the screen and they kept us in touch the whole time it was being delivered and called us as soon as they got it to come in and get it fixed. Their customer service is great and they answered our original message after the store was closed for the day. That’s hard to come by in a company.
They took care of my battery issue economically & within an hour. Better equipped to handle my issue than another place that was originally recommended by my cell provider. I'm glad my daughter knew of Drop Doctor.
Nothing but pleased with their customer service. I went in with a battery that would only charge when my phone was off (which is normally a very bad sign) and left 15 minutes later with a working battery, as well as a new cable for my charger (which was still under warranty).
Got my girlfriends iPhone 7 Plus done in under 45 minutes.. was most defiantly worth the price we paid. But the price wasn’t bad at all either. $162 for a whole new LCD screen & top glass!!
My husbands IPhone had locked up on him. Two trips and one phone call to US Cellular, two phone calls to Apple one of which was an hour long, they all determined that they could not help us and we would need to go to an Apple store, (2 hours away) and that the phone would have to be set back to factory settings. A quick trip to the Drop Doctor in Quincy and in less than an hour the phone was restored with everything saved! Thank you Drop Doctor and by the way, I already recommended you to a friend!
I had a triple whammy of sadness ! Wet phone with a cracked screen...... no backup ! Thought I saw my life flash before me!!! But...... Brad at Drop Doctor saved me and my phone! He helped me retrieve everything I thought was gone..... AND made sure all was backed up! Thank you Drop Doctor you get a BIG 5 star from me!
