I would have used a zero if it was an option. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE!!! Management rude, unprofessional and uneducated. Melissa Avalos (manager) enters units without consent or notice. She has been know to withhold parcels, mail and packages.
Do you not move here if you value your money otherwise you will be scammed into the lies from the management here. Marlene (manager of Dronefield) will not help your living situation and only cares about the checks coming in every month so look elsewhere if you want to be treated like a real tenants. CON -vandalism -dog poo -noisy neighbors -drug usage -alcohol bottles - missing gym equipment -dirty maintenance worker causing more damages in repair - wear and tear comes at the tenant cost to repair for the property -clothes... read more
