This is a wonderful office and staff. I always feel very welcomed when I walk through the doors. Dr. Jenkins is very professional and answers all my questions. The staff and Dr. Jenkins are AMAZING!
They don't provide a secure way to pay your bill and want you to risk having your credit card info stolen by writing it on paper and sending it via mail. I was waiting to pay when I had my appointment this month and then they sent another bill adding 13$. Probably will be canceling my appointments since they seem to not want to provide patients an easy and secure way to pay bills and then charge more.
Great office, Dr. Jenkins listened to my concerns and questions, he answered all of them as well and explained things to me so I could understand them. He also explained why this was happening to my teeth and how we are going to fix it and stop it in the future. Great office and great staff.
