I went in at the Des Moines location and Jesus took really good care of me. It’s my first car buying experience and he explained everything so well. I got everything I wanted in a car! He also made sure I got the best deals and gave me options to fit my budget. Left very happy!!

First and foremost. UNDERSTAFFED. Test drove 2 vehicles the 1st one was not a good drive and we told them about it. Was interested in second one but when Trying to get appraisal on trade in Jarrod was selecting stuff that wasn’t even wrong with vehicle. And taking to long to get appraisal. He left the young lady there to take care of 3 customers herself. While he sat in his air conditioned office.whole the customer area a/c wasn’t working. He said it was broken. Avoid. Shop elsewhere. Plenty of other options! Had an 11am appointment. Manager kept taking phone calls while I was at his desk. Finally after about 20 minutes he was able to talk to me a bit and then handed me off to another person. I told them both I'm only interested in a large SUV such as a Suburban, Tahoe or similar size.
