Can't appreciate Drive Time enough. They did everything they said they would and even more! People are nervous going to a used car lot, but at Drive Time, they are NO pressure! They let you shop, give you options, and get excited with you as you find your new car!
I recommend James. He was a lot of help and very patient with my indeciveness. See him for all your used car needs.

I purchased a vehicle it broke down in 2 months now they giving me the around about fixing it been over week since it broke down I'm missing work due to all this not getting any answers I call the drive time dealer he was rude and was nit helpful at all
In 2014 bought a 2012 Toyota Yaris, asked for payments to be less than 300, got 448.00 and pay biweekly, due to medical bills and no paychecks, lost my car and got screwed out of 4300.00, reported to BBB and the Attorney State General.
Told me on the phone that a big down payment was not how they worked and that they worked with everyone to get into a car. WRONG! They wanted 1000 from me before they would do anything. I hate business' that lie just to get you to come in.
I had a great experience. Christopher Neeley helped me find the right car for me and took the time to address all of my concerns. I would recommend Christopher to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car!!
This is the worst place ever to get a car. Bought a car thru them with a protection plan still have 2 yrs 61000 miles to go. Motor tore up and they don't want to honor their warranty. Have been trying to get this taken care of for four days and then they finally say it's not their problem and hang up. Suggest staying away from them.
Not sure why all the negative reviews. We (the wife and i) had a great experience from start to finish.Everyone we dealt with were both professional and knowledgeable.
