I went here for an oil change. They tried to get me to change out my water pump and thermostat housing for $1600.00. I took it to the dealer and the water pump is good! I had to replace the thermostat housing and it cost $400.00. NOT $1600.00! I DO NOT recommend this place!
I just pick my truck up 30 minutes ago and now it won’t start
RecommendedI set up an appointment a day before. I have not been to this location before. I was immediately greeted and taken care of along with a customer that came in a min after I came in. Both associates behind the counter were very friendly. They gave me an estimate on the time to finish my oil change. They were done much sooner. I was very pleased with my experience. I usually use Drivers for my oil changes and have always been pleased with their service. Today I went in for a vehicle inspection and was taken care of quickly. I appreciate the representative behind the counter. After informing me there would be approximately an hour wait. He actually pulled my vehicle in and took care of the inspection himself. I was out of there in 15 mins. Much appreciated when I have a 2 month old at home and several errands to run. Thanks Drivers.
