I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early. Erik G. took my keys and got my car in within minutes. The oil change took less than 30 minutes. I appreciate their effort to take care of my car quickly and efficiently. I redeemed one of the five oil changes from a prepaid package. Erik did not try to sell me any other item. He and the technician did exactly what I asked, no pressure to commit to any other services. Thank you!

Thanks for responding Ms. Duarte. I understand your husband brought in the vehicle for an oil change. Upon attempting to remove the drain plug from the oil pan, we discovered that the current plug was over tightened and stripped. We brought this to his attention and installed a new drain plug so that oil wont leak or drain out of the engine.
