From the 1st call to the last document signed I felt like I was dealing with family. As soon as walked in they had the truck staged and ready for me to test drive. The paper work went as well as it could for being paper work. Had a great experience I would highly recommended them to anyone.

Our 2013 Audi Q7 was purchased at this lot 3/23/2018 by 04/02/2018 the service light, oil light and brake lights came on prompted us to take the car up to South Audi of Austin where we were then informed that NO service had been completed on the car. I ended up forking over 502 dollars for a service that had never been done on the vehicle. I took multiple trips to the dealership at Audi between then and the time the car completely stop and NOW NEEDS A FULL ENGINE REPAIR. I read all these reviews online about the low-pressure sales, how nice everyone was, and how easy the process was - and to be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be as outstanding as I heard. IT WAS. It was SO easy, everyone was really nice and patient, and I never once felt pressured. I walked in on a Saturday morning, and walked out with a new car three hours later. I love my new car, and Scott and Jeremy and everyone were fabulous! Thank you!!!
