Went to drive America to get my car 3 years ago, always went to them for getting my car inspected or oil changed. Not anymore!!!!! Went to get my inspection done, and they told me I needed a new tie rod and get my car realigned, said it was gonna cost close to $300 and took my inspection sticker off without giving me a 10 day so I couldn’t drive my car at all. I recently bought a 2014 kia forte from here. I liked Josh, who helped me buy it. He was extremely kind and pleasant. I've had this vehicle less than 2 months, the check engine light came on. It appears the wires were chewed by some animals or something. They said it was covered under warrenty so I set up an appt to get it fixed. Initially they said it would take 2 or 3 hours. I love this dealership!! I bought my Cadillac here and saved a ton of money, my daughter bought her Corolla here even when she had no credit. They really took care of us. Definitely the best dealership in Watertown 😁
When looking for a different car we went here. The salesman we dealt with was rude and wouldnt work with us because we did not want to finance. We chose to pay cash so we wouldnt have a payment and he wanted no part of dealing with us. Then referred us to a dump up the road. No thank you we went elsewhere and got outstanding care helping us choose a car!
