I was nervous, the car I found seemed too good to be true and then they said they ship for free! I live near Duluth MN and didn't have the time to drive to Georgia to view the car in person. I hired an appraisal company to inspect and drive the car for me named Car Pro. They offered same day service and confirmed the car was clean/nice. Beware!!!!! Purchased a 2014 Model S. Both headlamps non-functional when vehicle arrived. $3,220.00 out of pocket expense. GM Bill Dangra refused payment stating ‘he didn’t make enough in the deal’ to provide functional headlamps. Moreover, suggested sending EBay headlamps to be installed locally. Grossly failed at customer service. They’re more interested at making a buck instead of ensuring cars work. On balance, Juan, salesperson was excellent. Would NOT risk business again with them. Buyer beware- scam!!
