Honest and Great! – Nice job replacing our system. Very clean and the system is working so much better than our old one. The crew was respectful of my home and my pictures on the hall wall where the access point was. Thanks Dring and David, Mike for a great job.

I called to request a review of the charges to replace a 14” ARD power damper for which the technician spent less than 1.5 hours (after paying for an previous initial truck roll to diagnose the problem). When I inquired as to why the charge was so high ($811) for a part costing well under $150, and less than two hours of work, I was told by the service manager .. “That’s what your wife agreed to and she should have known better and talked to you then first”. Highly recommend!! Dring replaced 3 systems in my home 3 years ago and I have had zero problems. I recently had them out to get my heating ready for the winter and the tech was friendly and respectful of my home. Thanks to you Dring!

I called out Dring AC to replace an AC Blower fan and I had a reasonable idea of what the cost should be. The tech was great; friendly, competent, and polite. However, his home office quoted me a price that was literally fifty percent higher than I what I expected. Even taking into account the fact that I wasn't sure what the cost of the new motor would be, I felt that something was wrong. Sure enough, checking with a few other AC companies confirmed it. worst customer service ever recieved. – when calling to use the warranty i purchased for the air conditioner i purchased from them the technician informed me he could not even check to see if i had a warranty on weekends or holidays then proceeded to hang up on me midsentance. i have never been so insulted an urge you to choose a different supplier.

Do Not Use – We had a new Hvac system installed because they were Factory authorized Carrier Dealers. However, they must have missed the day they were supposed to be trained. They were messy, the unit works poorly, they do not return to fix issues, as they promised. When installing the unit in our attic they almost went through the ceiling. They are now blaming our lack of insulation on the fact that the unit doesn't work well. We had insulation put in 6 years ago and it was fine before. Dring is the Worst Company Ever – All but one of the reviewers gave reviews from many years ago, when Dring was probably good. However, the current one mentioned that they got a Lennox! Amazing, we only got the choice of a Carrier, with the implication that they were authorized factory dealers, which they had lost their factory authorization. It is the worst HVAC system we've ever had, and our old Carrier unit was 22 years old. Their service is awful, it was installed in the spring, it is their upper level unit, it is still ... read more

Very Pleased with Dring – Our 15 year old air conditiong was running weakly. Called Dring and got an appointment within 2 days. The tech diagnosed the problem (low freon) and gave us a price to repair. Quick and simple. No predictions of doom, no attempt to sell me anything but the repairs. However, because of the age of the unit I decided to ask about a new replacment. They hadn't tried to push this on me.
