Horrible. The manager is racist, cons everyone with late fees ect. The lack of security & professionalism with maintenance. In the last two months everyones gotten notices saying "you cannot have any type of furniture on the porch nor flower planters or flag. No using chalk on sidewalks and you cant even have a bbq in your backyard. And i live in a town home. It is absute ridiculous.
